Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Karachi: 2–3 business days

  • All other cities in Pakistan: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer FREE shipping on all orders across Pakistan.

We use PostEx as our trusted courier partner to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Online Payment

Customers may choose their preferred payment method during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery status of your package.

Shipping Coverage

At this time, we only ship within Pakistan. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the order needs to be shipped again, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 14–24 hours of receiving your order.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Photos of the package (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution if your claim is approved.
