At Ba Barkat Store, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.

• Be in its original packaging.

• Include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent.

Items returned without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at ba.barkatstore@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement (exchange) at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Sale or discounted items.

• Used or damaged items (unless they arrived damaged).

• Products that are not in their original condition or packaging.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If your exchange request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
